Adapting the swing to their mobility limits prevents injury and maximizes their unique potential. Raising weekend rates or closing the course does not solve the utilization problem.

A structured pre-shot routine helps ground the player, providing a sense of control. Incorporating deep breathing lowers physiological arousal (tension/heart rate), and visualizing the target directs attention externally, away from the hazard and internal mechanical thoughts. Focusing internally or staring at the hazard usually increases anxiety and disrupts fluid movement.
